Android Tips and Tricks #1: Factory Reset

Well doing a factory reset might sound terrifying but it is not, actually it clears up all the mess you made by installing and uninstalling all those thousands of apps and those too that you never used but drain your device’s battery by running in the background.
Be sure to create backup before you do anything. Start fresh and it is recommended to clear out your MicroSD cards and internal memory as well, doing that will help you remove all the junks files that were left behind over the period. Download only those apps that you actually use.

Software updates do not require you to perform hard roots but you should be updating your Android device to all the updates are officially available for your Android handset. And there are couple of reasons why you should be doing that, well, software updates can drastically improve your battery life and help fix some other bugs as well. We recommend that your device should be updated to 4.1 Jelly Belly at least.

RAM is very crucial part when it comes to the phone’s performance and the reason your Android device becomes slow is because of too many apps running in the background as they take up lots of RAM. You can change all that if you disable few system apps from running in the background.
Disabling system apps require Android 4.0 and higher and you can do that by heading to the Settings then Application Manager and then swipe to the ”All” tab. Tap on the applications you want to disable and then tap Disable. You should disable the apps with cautious, better Google it before disabling, as disabling some apps can cause stability issues.

As said earlier that disabling system apps require Android 4.0 or higher but if you own an Android device that runs on older versions then you should add Greenify to your app list. Greenify increases the device’s performance and augments battery life by hibernating apps that run in the background. Hibernated apps become active once they are opened.

Android Tips and Trick #5: Root and Custom ROM Flash as Last Resort

And when it all goes down Root is the only best option you can go for. Root your Android device and flash a custom ROM, probably CyanogenMode, Custom ROM will not only provide with newer Android version but also some added features too, depending on the ROM you flash.
